Pastor LueShawn B. Jackson
 
 
Pastor LueShawn B. Jackson is the Pastor and Founder of Cathedral of Faith Worship Center. 
 
In 1986 Pastor Jackson joined Gospel Cathedral for Christ, under the direction of the late Rosie Brunson, where he was ordained Minister.  He began his ministry of Preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ in 1987 and remained there until the untimely death of Pastor Brunson.
 
In 1992, by the leading of the Holy Ghost he joined Church of Christ of deliverance. He served for 7 yrs under the leadership of Pastor Leola Payne, where he was ordained an Elder.  He served on the praise team and directed the youth choir.   During his time at COCOD he heard the call of God to go and help another ministry.  He was released by Pastor Payne to do so, and in 1999 he was installed as the Pastor of One Way Worship Center, under the leadership of the late Bishop Louis Hayes.
 
In 2001 Cathedral of Faith Worship Center was birthed with only 7 members.  God has blessed the ministry by giving great increase and as of 2006 the member ship number exceeds 70. Today the ministry operates at 6414 Pembroke Road in the City of Miramar; where Pastor Jackson can be found teaching, preaching, and proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ faithfully.
 
Pastor Jackson is currently involved with the City of Miramar City council, in efforts to re-structure the face of the community.  He has been an advocate of young people for more than 10yrs, through coaching track and field.  He is, as of the 2006-2007 school year, the current Head track coach at Miramar High School.  He reaches out to the youth in his ministry and his community through his efforts.  He facilitates and oversees many activities for both groups throughout the year.
 
He serves as a Broward Sherriff?s Office Deputy where he is on a host of special teams and committees that help to ensure safety in our communities as well as in the secured facilities of Broward County.   Through this capacity he has been afforded the opportunity to reach the lives of many young men through the sharing of God?s Word.
 
Pastor Jackson resides in the city of Miramar with his wife, Minister Rasheda Jackson and their five children.
